Each year, Custom Fit helps local businesses in planning, conducting, and subsidizing employee training for over 3,000 employees.
Each year, the Utah State Legislature allocates Custom Fit funds to encourage companies to pursue training that will maintain and grow Utah’s businesses. OTECH’s Custom Fit Training program administers these funds for Weber County. These funds may be used to help cover the costs of training for your employees.

The workshops are designed to develop and enhance the fundamental skills of new and aspiring leaders, as well as support those who have been in leadership positions without the training key to supporting their success. Participants will acquire a library of resources to support them in their role.
Each session will be 4 hours long, and costs $150 each.
All workshops will be held at the Ogden-Weber Technical College BDO Campus (918 West 2nd Street).
