A “Respondent” is a person named in a report made to the Title IX Office. This usually means the person is accused of behavior that may violate OTECH policies.
If the Title IX Office contacts you, it does not mean you are being disciplined. The office is reaching out to follow up on a report and to learn more about the situation.
If you have been accused of sex discrimination, sexual violence, dating or domestic violence, stalking, gender‑based harassment, or retaliation, you can find information about available support under Supportive Measures.
