Heidi Doman has spent more than 30 years in the credit union industry and is passionate about helping people grow both professionally and personally. As Vice President of Human Resources at Wasatch Peaks Credit Union, she leads with a focus on leadership, culture, and employee growth. On the Ogden-Weber Technical College Foundation Board, Heidi enjoys championing opportunities that help students overcome challenges and build strong pathways to meaningful careers. She holds an MBA from Western Governors University, senior HR certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP), and stays active with national and local SHRM chapters.

Priscilla Martinez is a community health program manager at Intermountain Health. She earned a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. Her 8 years as a devoted community advocate in Weber County has made her passionate about serving others. Her previous experience includes case management with the Division of Child and Family Services, and community outreach for Ogden-Weber Technical College, and most recently a community health program manager for Intermountain Health. Her outreach has led her to sit on several non-profit community boards in a leadership capacity.

Paul Bachman practices in the areas of tax, estate and benefit planning, and all aspects of business planning. Mary Barker was previously employed in the banking industry for over 25 years, retiring from Great Western Insurance where she worked as a compliance specialist. Carrying on a family legacy of civic involvement and philanthropy, she has served on several private foundation boards including as vice chair of the Samuel C. and Myra Powell Foundation and chair of the Bert L. and Lulu M. Neal Foundation. Ms. Barker has been a member of the Ogden-Weber Technical Foundation Board of Trustees since 1999, serving as chair from 2002 to 2012.

TJ Bender brings over 14 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with a strong background in both the automotive and aerotech sectors. He currently serves as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Oshkosh AeroTech, where he leads cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps, implement lean methodologies, and enhance shop floor efficiency through tools like 5S.

Originally from Iowa, TJ has been a proud Utah resident since 2007. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eagle Gate College and earned his Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Purdue University. His professional approach is rooted in relationship-building and a people-first mindset.

Outside of work, TJ enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.

Bricklie Bertagnolli is an account executive at The Vernon Company. Prior to that she worked for ProLogistix, a staffing and recruiting firm. She holds a BS in Technical Sales from Weber State University and has served on the Business Technology Employer Advisory Team for many years. Bricklie has helped identify and design the golf tournament tee gift for the past two years and donated gifts/prizes for the event.

Kelly Cardon graduated from Ogden High and received a BS from Weber State University. He attended the Gonzaga University School of Law, University of Utah School of Law, and earned a Juris Doctorate from the California Western School of Law. Kelly has served in leadership positions for the Ogden Breakfast Exchange, Weber State University Wildcat Club, Family Counseling Service of Northern Utah, Utah State Bar Exam, Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership, Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (founding member), Utah State Bar Litigation, and Utah State Bar Wills and Trusts. Nicole Cypers is the vice-president of PR & governmental relations for America First Credit Union. The credit union has assets of over $14.1 billion, over 1.1 million members, and 128 branches. America First is the 8th largest credit union in the nation. In her position, she serves as the spokesperson for the credit union and is the director of the America First Charitable Foundation. Her love of being able to tell the credit union’s story lends itself well to her role of overseeing public relations and credit union history. She also serves as a liaison to federal and state elected officials and enjoys any opportunity to discuss why credit unions are so beneficial to consumers. Although Nicole has been with the credit union since 1992, her greatest accomplishment has come within the last few years when she was able to develop and launch the America First Charitable Foundation. She currently leads the foundation in its efforts to encourage and administer contributions for educational scholarships and community reinvestment. In addition to representing and promoting America First’s commitment to their members and the community, Nicole is personally dedicated to community service. She is a regular volunteer with the Ogden Pioneer Days Rodeo Committee and has severed as the Director of the Miss Rodeo Utah Pageant for the past 23 years. Nathan Felix has been in the finance industry since 1997. He has a BS from Brigham Young University where he studied International Finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. Currently he also serves on the Ogden Union Station Museum, Ogden-Weber Technical College Foundation, and Hospice Care of Northern Utah Foundation Boards.

Matt Miles was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. He studied business at Utah State University before going on to study law at the University of Utah. Upon completion he joined the family law firm of Froerer & Miles. Matt has practiced law for over seven years focusing primarily on estate planning and estate settlement. He followed in his father’s footsteps and has found the practice of law to be a rewarding career choice. His background and interests support the vision of the Ogden-Weber Technical College as a member of the Foundation Board of Trustees.

Bob Nannini co-founded Bio-Med Engineering, Inc., in 1990. Bio-Med Engineering, Inc., is a medical/scientific equipment management company whose services include equipment/facility certification, equipment maintenance and repair, equipment installations, and equipment and regulatory compliance consulting. Mr. Nannini earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronics Technology at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Weber State University. Prior to co-founding Bio-Med Engineering, Inc., Mr. Nannini was the supervisor of the Clinical Engineering Department at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center and had previously been employed as senior biomedical equipment technician at the center. Diane Sedgwick graduated from Indiana State University, majoring in education and minoring in history, and attended leadership training classes at Weber State University. She completed additional leadership courses which took her all over the country, receiving special recognition from the U.S. Congress for her achievements. She lived in southern California where the Claremont, California Chamber of Commerce recognized her as “Ambassador of the Year” and “Small Business of the Year.” She moved to Ogden 23 years ago as a result of her husband’s employment with Northrop. Ms. Sedgwick has been employed with United Way of Northern Utah, Catholic Community Services Inter Council of Churches, Salvation Army, Lantern House, and Health Connection with Midtown Clinic. Ms. Sedgwick has volunteered at the Christmas Box House and served on their board; was a member of the Junior League, served on the committee responsible for opening the Oasis Community Garden, and subsequently was elected president; served on the Egyptian Theatre Board; volunteered at the Lantern House; served on the Breakfast with Santa Board; worked with Ogden Farmers Market; and created a Students United group for high school students to educate them about volunteering in their community. She is retired and continues to spend her time volunteering and fostering rescue dogs.
