Complaints
Complaints are handled at the program or department level. If the problem isn’t solved at that level, it may be escalated to higher levels of leadership. If a complaint is not resolved to the student’s satisfaction, then a grievance may be submitted.
Grievance
A filed grievance shall be reviewed and addressed at the level deemed most appropriate by college leadership based upon the subject matter of the grievance.. The student filing the grievance may need to meet with the designated reviewer(s) to make clarifications. Grievances involving discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking shall be addressed with Title IX policies and procedures.
