Transfer credit evaluations will be completed when the student meets with the Veteran Officer before beginning their program.
It usually takes 4-6 weeks from your first attended day of class before you will receive payment from the VA for Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH), books, and supplies.

Students using veteran education benefits are encouraged to apply for financial aid online to be considered for other funding options.
You will only receive VA benefits for the number of credits in your program.
Students who get overpaid must plan with the VA to repay their funding. Reach out to the OTECH Veterans Services Officer for more details.
