Mental health and wellness are essential for a student’s academic success. OTECH provides and helps connect students with resources, support, and services to address mental health and wellness needs. We are committed to helping all students thrive, whether you are on campus or online. If you need assistance navigating any of the resources, please contact your student support specialist.

Student Support Specialists are professionally trained and available for all students at the college. They can help with academic or personal matters.

Free counseling services

Access FREE counseling services through Blomquist Hale. These services are confidential and available for students and their eligible dependents.

Free peer-to-peer coaching

Peer-to-peer coaching for students is available through Trula. Get help with goal setting, stress, or life changes, and more.

SafeUT

SafeUT gives FREE access to licensed counselors who provided 24/7 crisis intervention and emotional support for any life challenge.
